I’m a passionate Design Leader with 20 years of experience in UX and Product Design, with an engineering background that helps me bridge the gap between designers and developers. Over the years, I’ve worked on B2B and B2C digital products, led international design teams, and shaped UX strategies at scale.
Currently, I lead Security Product Design at Datadog, where I focus on crafting seamless experiences for security professionals while ensuring that design, product and development work hand in hand. I’m especially passionate about mentorship, collaboration, design quality, and making complex products feel effortless to use.
Before joining Datadog, I led various UX teams at Amadeus, helping shape the future of travel through innovative design solutions.
When I’m not talking about UX, you’ll probably find me chasing after my two daughters, exploring great food, or lost in a book. I love sharing insights on UX best practices, design processes, and the joys (and challenges) of designing for humans!
